    The company sold me a custom jersey that is not the size or quality that they advertised and refuse to provide a refund or exchange.

    Ordered a custom 1969 ********* *******, **** ****** road jersey in July, 2022. Item arrived in September 2022 and was a bit snug. The Custom Throwback Jerseys website states that you can send items back to exchange for sizing issues but you only have 60 days to do so. The first step is to contact them (via email) and get a return authorization number. I have emailed and called this business for several months and have never received any response. I'm beyond frustrated and just want a jersey that fits.

    Using the information from their website, I ordered a pretty standard NFL jersey on or about November 11, 2022. The company said that if your order was placed before November 14, it would arrive before Christmas. On December 22 or so I contacted the company to inquire about the status of the jersey. I was told that the deadline only applied to those customers who paid for expedited shipping. Despite the fabrication, I asked when I could expect delivery. 6 to 8 weeks from the time of order, I was told. Mid January came and went. Telephone calls have gone to voice mail with no replies. E-mails have been unanswered. It is now the end of February and I don't have the jersey i was promised and the company refuses to communicate. This company is the worst. I would advise anyone considering a purchase to search elsewhere.

    On 06/05/2022 I ordered a MN Northstar jersey as a gift from: Custom Throwback Jerseys 1430 St Charles Blvd. Dorian Quebec J7V6X3 for $219.95 They refuse to refund our money or send the jersey. they claim that they sent it but offer no tracking or proof of shipment. Please look into this! This is the DISPUTED time frame!!!!!! 6/05/2022 Place order #***** for White Jersey and receive a confirmation email On 06-05-22 I placed an order for a Minnesota ******* **** ****** hockey Jersey as a gift for my brothers 60th birthday from Custom Throwback Jersey. 06-27-2022 I requested a refund due to the fact that unknowingly another family member had placed an order for the exact same jersey as well. I was not aware of the cancellation policy or the return policy from Custom Throwback Jersey. After I had requested to cancel, they informed me that it was too late to cancel my order. 6-28-2022 I received an email invoice # ***** that included the order date of 6/5/2022 with no mention of the return policy or an expected delivery date. They have been unresponsive to any request on our part for this orders status and have in fact blocked our phone numbers ( cell and home). I cannot return merchandise I have not received . CTJ has never even given us any tracking information indicating an actual shipment. They have stated that they already purchased a “kit” for this jersey and have no other orders for this particular

    I paid $180 for a fake jersey that probably costs $30 to produce, and the product does not look anything like the image on the website provided. The customer service is horrible and they’ve gotten nothing but bad reviews online. I was told to send the jersey back for a refund but am reluctant to do so based on what I’ve read about other customers’ experiences. ****** also denied my claim because there’s nothing they can do, and this operation just needs to be shut down at this point. They’re selling counterfeit merchandise.
