I am not one to leave reviews on companies as I own my own company and know it can sometimes be difficult to satisfy all customers. But I must say this company has been nothing but a nightmare from the day they answered the phone. We called them approximately 4 week back asking if they had a specific trailer in stock ready to purchase and be shipped. I was put with the sales representative which I will leave his name out he stated to me yes we do sir I then explained that we had another company who we were ready to make a sale with as well and my Decision would be made upon which company had the trailer and ready to be purchased and shipped so clark equipment assured me they were the ones. As time went on week after week we now get told that they don't have the title and are waiting for it. At this point the other company had sold the other trailer so I was stuck. I called and emailed day after day to still get the answer there's nothing we can do even after I asked why did you lie to me saying you had the trailer and it was ready to go I was told we didn't know we didn't have the titles for these new trailers it was our mistake they told me. Finally weeks later the title comes in. I jump through hoops sending all the money over signing all the paper work as they tell me once this is done we can have the trailer loaded onto a truck and shipped to you within a day or 2 max which I also paid $2,200.00 additional for. It is now May 11th, 2022 passing 5 weeks now I still do not have my trailer that I have paid every fee for and what do they tell me we are doing the best we can to find a shipping truck... So for anyone looking to purchase any equipment from this company or any other company at that please do your research and ask for documentation. Clark wasn't even remorseful enough to even offer a discount or a **** gift card at that. Very poor customer service, very disappointing... I certainly will never use this company ever in my life again!
