1 starI've had problems with these windows since they were installed. They leak air really bad. They have been out several times to try to fix them but didn't help. I know whats wrong with them but they won't listen to me. I've installed windows when I was younger. I was suppose to get 2 windows and they gave me 2 windows in a frame. They leak between the 2 windows where they are hooked together, instead of putting in 2 separate windows. It's winter and I can really feel the cold coming in.Express Windows Inc

We have sent the head Installer mutiple times to go over the installation process and the last time he was there he re-installed the window to make sure proper insulation was added which it was. In regards to seperate windows they are seperate windows but we factoty mulled them together in an opening for better support and insulation factor meaning the space between is none because the are mulled together in the factory and sealed completely with silicon for those reasons which also gives a customer more glass space when factory mulled. Our only step next would be having a factory rep inspect the window installation to get professional opinion.Review fromMiss Washington
