I paid 5,000 for this company's ****** package to do a fully furnished setup.And I explained my needs/wants and she agreed.When it was time to do the work it was a different story she didn’t provide any of the things that came with my package m,I end up coming outta more money.And she left and flew back home with me worrying about how I was gone finish her job.Then two months later the company she got the furniture from that supposed to be paid for came to repot it saying she owe on it and they need it back.So I’m outta $5,000 plus furniture for my business.Initial Complaint

The service this business claims to provide is for “Airbnb Mentorship” I paid for the gold package which supposedly included mentorship and securing of a unit to get started with Airbnb. I paid $650 for the mentorship and another $135 for an apartment application she sent me to pay for in order to “ not 100% surely” secure me that unit. I waited months and gave her the benefit of the doubt to work together just to receive lack of communication and no mentorship and no secured unit. I requested for my refund multiple times and never been refunded. I have not received my refund and she blocked me on everything (messages, social media, etc) I have screenshots of our messages and much more. She is doing business under a CPN (credit privacy number) as well, which is said to be illegal. I messaged other airbnb mentors to get in touch with her to refund me, she ended up telling the mentors she secured me a unit, *in the attachments*, you can see it is called “******** ** ******” the apartment had NO washer/dryer and in a bad neighborhood, and she expected me to say “yes” to this unit to get me off her hands, that poses threat for the airbnb customers who are to book this apartment, you can see in the application it says on the top left the name, “******* *******” that is not her name or mine, therefore, she applied using a CPN. While i messaged other hosts, i ended up getting in contact with her cousin on the ********* who does airbnb as well, you can see the screenshot in the attachments as well.Business response

Hello my policy is I get you approved for an apartment if the client does not like it it’s out of my hands based on her budget and area that’s what I got for her . I do not use credit privacy numbers it was a lease takeover from a old airbnb host.Customer response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There was NO policy stated by her or even documents, more so, even mentoring. Everything was on messages! It was complete lack of communication, the screenshots i provided shows the lack of her communication. I told her my budget, she told me to send her apartments she can apply to and I sent her it but she continuously sent me the links to pay for an application fee when I had already paid for one and it wasn’t even approved. She never stated it wouldn’t be approved either or that there will be a slight chance of it not being approved.The apartment application in the attached shows that it is under a CPN, she states she applies to these apartments under a credit privacy number as well. All evidence is provided. .Regards, ****** *****
