      They tow your car that’s in a private lot which ********* operates out of. The over charge and have no paperwork or office. It is a scam how they use the lot to take your car. Towing is $300 and $50 each day after. They are only open during the hours of 11:30-3pm

      The owner of this business, Mr. O********, verbally berated me while towing my car. He told me I was a "[expletive] punk" and that he would call the cops immediately on us. I was afraid of being assaulted. Approached him asking if we could pay to get him to stop from towing my car. Upon reading more about him, he's been given preferential treatment by the city for years and has verbally abused many people before me. Seems as though he takes personal offense to people who have mistakenly parked in the wrong lots. Try to avoid this business.
