      Was fitted and ordered at a medical conference. Told would arrive in 4-6 Weeks, took 3 months. Focus was set at 12 inches, when my order form said 18 inches. They wanted me to pay return shipping to send them back and forth to fix their error in manufacturing. Hassled me about the focal distance being my mistake. I had loupes in my possession for less than 7 days. After pestering them, got a return authorization. Paid to insure & return them. Then they docked me an additional 20% restock fee, and took an additional 30 days to send me a hand written check refund. I wasted 5 months and lost $500 out of pocket because they improperly manufactured. Worst experience ever. I am considering legal action as I have been robbed!
