    Title: Avoid Secure Storage in Tonawanda on 31 tonawanda st - Nightmare Experience!
    I recently had the misfortune of using Secure Storage in Buffalo New York, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Where do I even begin with this disaster of a storage rental facility?
    Firstly, the customer service is abysmal especially when you are out of state and attempot to make honest communication. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful. When I called to inquire about payin off my past due unit, I was met with nothing but attitude and indifference. It's as if they couldn't care less about their customers or the fact I need my belongings.
    But the horrors didn't stop there. When I finally managed to secure a unit, I was appalled by the state of it. The facility is filthy and poorly maintained. There were cobwebs everywhere, and the smell of mold permeated the air. It's clear that cleanliness is not a priority for XYZ Storage.
    And don't even get me started on the security—or lack thereof. I wouldn't trust XYZ Storage to keep a cardboard box safe, let alone my valuable belongings. The so-called "security measures" are a joke, and I wouldn't be surprised if the place was broken into on a regular basis.
    To make matters worse, the prices are extortionate for what you're getting. You'd think with the appalling conditions and nonexistent security, they'd at least offer competitive rates. But no, Secure Storage seems to think they can charge a premium for subpar service.
    I have been past due on account and have attempted to make payent thru debit card and even credit card however they refuse payment.
    In conclusion, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Secure Storage. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment of dealing with this disgrace of a storage rental facility. There are plenty of other options out there that actually care about their customers and provide a decent service—Secure Storage is not one of them.
