      I had the same experience as others. No in person communication. You can't even speak to anyone on the phone. VERY ADAMANT you provide any and everything personal/confidential about you, leave you hangin. Looks they only work on behalf of themselves/ the owners. A good property manager works for the better of all parties. This would not be a good property management company for the average renter. Most of us are ...

      If I could give zero stars I would. This company provides zero communication to customers inquiring about living situations and collects personal data in an inappropriate timeframe. I finally got in contact with someone after three contact attempts only after I viewed the property and gave all of my personal information including social security number and phone number. When asked why the practice is being dealt with this way and inquiring about the sharing of my personal information there was no response and I was not ensured that my personal information would not be shared. Last week I received marketing text messages from a company named ******** related to my showing in west Seneca to offer “renters insurance”. Be careful of giving your information to this company, they do not follow proper protection policies.
