  Speaking to the character shown by them on the road, I would not be prone to hire them to take care of any service for me. I was on Werhle Dr in Williamsville today and his lane was starting to end. There was no one directly behind me and he started to fall back and I thought he was going to move in behind me. Instead he sped up unexpectedly and almost hit me as he forced his way in front of me almost causing a crash. This was so upsetting to me that a businessman would be reckless while happily advertising for their business on the side of the vehicle. Aggression, poor judgment, road rage, and inconsideration… these intentional acts demonstrate the type of character and the type of person who you are dealing with. They say when people show you who they are believe them. I wouldn’t feel comfortable bringing someone into my home for a service who i witness displaying aggression and rage.

  Hey ******, on behalf of Top Shelf exterminating, we take consideration of your concerns regarding the road rage you experience. We have dash-cams on our vehicles for these types of situations. We reviewed the video and No road rage or reckless driving was not recorded. Drivers cannot delete data, dash-cams are wired to the vehicle so once the car is on it automatically records. I know rush hour traffic can be frustrating and we apologize for the inconvenience. Just to proud that we are not a bad company I would like to offer you a free service of your choice.   Very professional, educated and prompt….I had a bat fly in my attic one night and it somehow made its way into the house. Kenny came caught and removed the bat with ease and even located the whole it came in. I can say I was able to sleep peacefully that night knowing the bat was gone and no longer able to return! Job well done!!

  On point with everything knew exactly what he needed to do had everything for the job perfect explanation on the products being used and even gave a description of when and what to do afterwards. Pricing was fair and worth every penny spent.

  Kenneth was the only exterminator I found willing to make a free home visit to provide a customized estimate. He arrived promptly, within one day of my call, and conducted a thorough inspection of my home & property. Kenneth was personable and clear in his communications to explain his methods to eliminate my mouse problems and his pricing was competitive.
