According to BBB’s Code of Advertising #33. Contests and Games of Chance or Skill
33.2 Contests, drawings or other games of chance that involve the three elements of prize, chance and consideration constitute lotteries, in violation of U.S. federal and state statutes and must not be conducted.
BBB requested that games of chance be removed from the advertising and that they are no longer conducted to achieve compliance with BBB’s Code of Advertising.
