              I purchased a 2024 ********* ********* ** **** pickup truck from Cappellino ********* on 8/18/2023. The agreed upon "out the door price" was 58,765.42 which was paid in full upon delivery of the vehicle. On 8/29/2023 i received a bill in the mail from Cappellino ********* stating that I owed them an additional 163.50 for registration. it stated that I was only charged 90.00 on the agreed to "out the door" price and that the total cost of the registration was 253.50. This is unacceptable for the following reasons. 1. This is a new car dealership and they know exactly what the cost of the registration is because they do this every day. 2. Anyone can go online and get a estimate of what the cost of an original registration . I did this and got an estimate of 224.50 plus a 25.00 new plate fee and a 50.00 tile fee . So the minimal total that should have been quoted on the "out the door" price of the vehicle is 299.50. I do not think that I should have to pay 163.50 because someone under estimated the cost of resistration.

              I had been looking for a new ***** dealer to service my car I found them to do my radio an front grill. Before pulling out of dealership radio software still wasnt working an my bumper wasnt put back on properly. I setup new appointment the denied that the bumper was there fault I had no pics of proof. Hwev when I took it back for my radio an door I took pics. They gave me back my car with the door panel not on or secure radio counsel wiggly an not in place aide paneling not in place as well. Spoke with GM brought it back that same week. After 2.5 hours which it took same te for initial visit, it still had same problems but now side paneling not in place now to.. manager denies it being there fault ask me to provide pictures as if I was liing. Agreed with me an said look this is the best we could do.. so disappointed I'm a si gle mother with limited income this hurts badly. I hv to find some to secure my door an radio panelling.
