    When I signed up for fetch I was told that my subscription would start at the time that I plugged in the modem. I had already prepaid $129 for the one month service. However charged again within 14 days an additional $129 for services I didn't even get from the first month. Speaking to Carl from fetch wireless he agreed to give me a discount of $64 which honestly I was not satisfied with since I didn't get the services I was requesting.

    Furthermore fetch had stated I would get supreme service based on two cell towers that were located near my house and yet during the time that I had fetch which was from July on I had multiple disconnects and poor service and was unable to do what I needed to do on their server.

    I had multiple complaints and talked to multiple technicians during my time frame with fetch from July all the way up to October and they cannot resolve or provide me the services I needed even though I paid $129 a month for internet service.

    Customer service was poor, technicians fail to follow up and fix the issue which was speed, because they stated on there and everything looked good but when I didn't upload and download speed it didn't even hit the requirement I should have been getting on my end.

    Very dissatisfied with the whole entire customer service experience poor service lack of quality with internet and the pain high fee of $129 per month for services that worked inadequately.

    I called and canceled fetch wireless service the end of September and on October 4th and November 4th they still withdrew $129 for each month of service that I did not receive.

    Spoke to an employee there regarding the issue now in November and was told that he could give me a rebate for November but as far as October goes he cannot provide me with a refund. He stated that he tried contacting me multiple times by text message, which I did not receive or read.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Upon review, we attempted to reach this customer many times without success and have refunded the October 4th payment of $129.99 in full a few minutes ago.

    I purchased the internet was highly unsatisfied with it. I canceled the policy. They refused to give me a return label. I had to pay out of pocket to return the equipment. It was delivered to them and I still haven't received my refund. I have tried reahing out and no one will respond.
