    If you are looking for a home inspector look no further than Dan at Comfort Zone Home Inspections. Dan was very thorough inspecting the property I was interested in. He thoroughly explained what he saw and pointed things out so that I could be knowledgeable about the property I wanted to purchase. He let me know which items needed to be addressed as soon as possible and which ones could be done later. I did purchase the home and Dan gave me a piece of mind because I had a good idea of the property I was purchasing and the things that needed to be addressed. Dan found a leak with the sewage stack that could have been a big nasty mess if we didn't know about it.
    He is very professional but also very friendly and I truly felt that he was giving me an unbiased opinion of the property so that I could make an informed decision. My brother has also used Dan as an inspector on a property that he wanted to purchase and highly recommends him as well.
