1. Acceptance of Terms


By accessing or using the services provided by The Natural Hustle Entertainment, LLC ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read this agreement carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with the use of our services/payment of this invoice as payment means you agree with the terms of service.


2. Deposits and Payment


2.1. Deposits: A deposit is required to secure any of our services within 24 hours of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process and will be sent.


2.2. Remaining Payment: The remaining payment is due 2 weeks before the scheduled event/service date. Failure to make the payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of services.


3. Service Terms


3.1. Service Scope: The services provided by The Natural Hustle Entertainment, LLC may include, but are not limited to, event planning, photography, videography, graphic/web design and other entertainment-related services.


3.2. Changes and Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to services must be communicated to us in writing at least 14 days before the event/service. We reserve the right to apply cancellation fees, and the deposit is non-refundable. If changes are made on behalf of The Natural Hustle Entertainment we will notify you and issue a full refund if we are unable to reschedule for a convenient time frame that works for you.


3.3. Service Term Details: Services like photography and videography have a turn around time of 2 to 4 weeks. If you would like anything else detailed please let us know or refer to your invoice for specific details.

4. Photo/Video Disclaimer


4.1. Consent: By using our services, you consent to the use of photos and videos taken during the event/services for promotional and marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and will not disclose personally identifiable information without your consent.


5. Liability


5.1. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during an event or while using/providing our services. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and security of all event participants or people involved in your desired service.


6. Intellectual Property


6.1. Copyright: All photos, videos, and other intellectual property created by The Natural Hustle Entertainment, LLC are protected by copyright. You may use them for personal or professional purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our express written consent.


7. Dispute Resolution


7.1. Mediation and Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with New York State laws.


8. Changes to the Terms


8.1. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
