- All returned items must be accompanied with a REA form and be in "Resalable Condition" (no used/installed part accepted) must have original packaging. Items may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date for full credit; any returns between 31-45 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No credit will be given after 45 days. All Core Returns have 6 months from invoice date for full credit. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and the customer will be responsible for the cost of their own returns.
