    I did not authorize a purchase of an audiobook. They roped me in with a supposed free membership but when I selected a book and used the orange “use credit” button they charged me 14.95. I did not approve the charge. This is a scam operation

    I have canceled this audio books it wasn't to my liking and I asked for a refund and I still have not received it even though it was only $14.99 I still would like to have it back in my account I haven't heard any word from them at all

    I signed up for the free trial and canceled immediately when I saw what they offered. It was the same selections I have with *******. I received a text back stating I should just enjoy a book anyway since I had the service for a week. My credit card was charged $14.95. I contacted them immediately and was told my account was active. I signed back on and canceled again. They still have not removed the charge even though their records will show that their services were not used.
    The free trial is a scam.

    Tried to sign up for the free trial. Wasnt told they were going to pre auth a FULL MONTHS subscription fee. Logged in today to cancel the account was rudely told since the pre auth didnt go through there was "nothing to delete"
    But i could still log in. So there is definitely something to delete. Scammy business feel with even worsw customer service. Definitely wouldnt recommend

    It looks like I am agreeing with most of the customers here. I have been charged monthly since September for an audio book's membership that I canceled back in July and I have had to be on the phone with them several times. Each time I call they say there is no record of a cancelation or any other phone calls. Today I asked the customer service rap for her email so I could send her record of the 1st cancelation which I did. Audiobooks is terrible and obviously does corrupt practices just to keep your membership. I would not recommend.
