      just received a call from this collection agency. person on the other line was getting audibly frustrated when i said i would not verify anything and would be charging them for the call...COLLECTION AGENCY'S ARE ILLEGAL, unless they can verify first a bill of sale will your signature from the original company, all agency's are scams

      This company will try to get you to pay a debt from 10 years ago that you do not owe! The company they were trying to use to say I owed from 10 years ago is ******! That company has not existed since 2020! They sent me an email claiming this in January of 2024! Is this an A- business doing what they do, NO! This company needs to be closed down by law!

      Horrible customer service… company seeking payment of which I’ve never heard of nor responsible for. Charged my card for access to information, seemingly couldn’t access information but refused to credit my account the amount charged to me to research where the debt originated. What a racket. And here’s the kicker.. JOY, the lovely representative I spoke with had the nerve to be curt with me while simultaneously providing me with zero courtesy or professional customer service.

      This company is a fraudulent place! I called them because they were on my credit bill from another creditor and when trying to resolve the issue it was a bunch of information that they wanted like routing numbers and account numbers along with emails and if your phone is android or not. I will be closing that account down!!

      I have paid for a charge and am trying to get a paid in full letter and Merc Adjustment Bureau is refusing to provide it. They say they sent it via email but two days have gone by and no receipt in email box, junk mail or spam. Email address has been confirmed several times and now they say its been sent four times. As we all know, an email gets to its place within minutes of being sent if sent to the email address they said it was sent to.
      It would appear the company is purposely holding it back and paid in full letter due to a cost that went to their collection agency. By law, it is the company's responsibility to provide this letter

      I have already provided all documents neccessary to prove this is not my charge. However they will not remove their claim. Someone stole my identity in a state I have never lived in but they are holding my credit hostage until I pay for charges someone else charged. This company is fraudulent.

      I got a notification from my credit, it’s affecting my credit with this report that I don’t acknowledge, I reported my ids and ssn stolen with a police report, I didn’t every receive a letter or a phone call and I don’t recognize the name at all, I need this removed from my credit and my name to be cleared, and am answer why am I send to collections if I’m not acknowledged of this account.
