              I was referred to this shop by my mother to get my car fixed I came to him with my estimate that I got from my insurance company he said he could do the work he told me to come pick up my car and have my deductible so that’s what I did when I got the car I noticed the bumper that needed to be painted wasn’t the same color as the rest of the vehicle the mechanic (bob) told me it just needed time to fade out when I got home my fiancé told me that was a lie and he called him bob then told my fiancé that he didn’t finished the paint job but he will if we bring the car back my fiancé and I had to go on a trip but when we returned I called bob to set up an appointment to bring my car in I also asked if he replaced the finder that was on the estimate given to him he said no he used the money for parts that he felt the car needed but wasn’t on the estimate or approved by my insurance company he then began to scream at me telling me to bring my car and he’s taking off the parts that he put on
