    Business Response

The complaints in question pertains to ******** ****** web hosting/reoccurring monthly fee, which she signed up for on 01/24/2024.

******** ****** registered for monthly web hosting on 01/24/2024 in addition to registering her domain, ********************************* as per the attached invoice. She both registered using her credit card and logged into her web hosting account the moment after registration, where she began to have access to her web hosting account - the cPanel account with its many applications such as Wordpress, Softaculous App installer, and many other useful web building tools, the email account, and other functions that we offer to assist in the building of a website.

All of our clients have this service after web hosting registration and have access to this until they cancel their service with us, which ******** ****** did not indicate any intention of doing both in the form of a cancellation request in our system nor through an email or phone call until January 7, 2025 (please see attachment which supports this).

In registering, she also accepted the terms of agreement per the terms of Up and Up Space. The terms goes into detail on how to go about cancelling a web hosting account and that by registering for monthly web hosting, she is agreeing and understanding that monthly web hosting is a monthly charge on the same day of the month of the original day of registration, each month, until a cancellation notice is requested. Both the service of her domain and web hosting account have been accessible during the time of her dispute and there was no communication from her to hint that she was not satisfied with the service of web hosting and domains that we were offering.

Additionally, you can also see in the "Access activity Log" that ******* ****** was actively logging into her web hosting account. Her IP address and Host information is on file per security as well.

In summary, ******** registered for her web hosting account, which she was having access to. The disputed complaints are for her monthly web hosting fee. If she wished to no longer have access to the service, she could have cancelled and we would have gladly cancelled her web hosting account and she would have not incurred any further fees per her annual web hosting registration. Finally, we did refund her for her last web hosting monthly fee in good faith. You can see that also attached as evidence.
