    We used *** tv dish service until June 30th, 2022. On July 1st, 2022 the dish service stopped as the *** switched to the internet only and we currently dont have the internet. However, we already paid for the ************* the check went through and was posted to our bank account on July 1st. We contacted the company by phone provided on the bill and were promised to get refund within **** weeks. As three months passed and a check wasnt issued, we contacted again and again (on October 4th, 11th and 17th). Even though the customer support persons told that a manager was informed, we didnt get any response from either the manager or an accountant. We were advised to contact the owner ******************************* that we did but didnt get any response.I would like to get my refund for the service that wasnt provided in amount of $55.73.***-WMNB Account# *****

    My mother in- law who turned 88 in October was the *** customer ( her cable provider, the account # ****** for more than decade and always made payments on time. In July 1, 2022 *** disconnected the service without notification. When I called I was told that they're transferring company to digital service and if we don't want their service they will mail her a check for $ *****- July payment in the next 2 months. My mother in law still didn't receive a check and when I called a few times and left a few massages nobody called us back ( my phone # listed on her account as well).I don't think any company should treat elderly this way especially she is on SSI income. We would really appreciate your help with this situation.***********

    We have been forced to cancel our *** * **** Account number ***************************** subscription on July 1st, 2022. The company has stopped providing television service through satellite dish. Company did not inform us about this service cancellation in advance. However, we have paid $50.73 via our bank in advance for the month of July, 2022. When we contacted the company telling them we need a refund for the month of July. We were told that a refund would be issued within 8 weeks in the amount of $50.73. After contacting the company on September 2nd, 2022 and inquiring about the status of the refund we were told to call another number for the billing department ************. After calling the number we were told that a refund time period starts from September 2nd, 2022 because this is the day when accounting information will be send to the head office. After calling last week on October 21st, 2022 we were told that company will not be issuing any refund. We were told that it was a decision of the company president ******************************** We were also told that there are many people in the same situation like us and company does not intend to issue any refunds. Company realizes the wrong doing by not issuing a refund but the decision has been made at management level and they can no longer help us because they are just regular employees. It is our strong believe that ******** company should promptly issue us a refund due. Please held us obtain a refund from this fraudulent business.

    This business was (is) a Russian ** channels provider/carrier. Originally was used by my father-in-law, ************************* to receive Russian and ******** channels over the ** cable system. He is an invalid (dementia) and we (me and his daughter, *****************************) had set up an autopay for the ** service as a BillPay as a payment due. As of 7-01-2022 ******** stopped transmitting their services via cable but failed notify us through billing notification (letter) that in order to continue the service with ******** the WiFi is required to be installed by the 3rd party. Due to discontinue cable service as of 7-01-2022, we decided to close the acc. ****** and get services *********. Current issue is the company, ******** gotten paid in amount of $50.73 via BillPay on 7-01-2022 and have not issued us/father-in-law: *************************, acc. ******, *****************************************************, refund for the month of July. After numerous calls and certified letter that was addressed to the owner of the company (******************************* or *******, not sure of correct spelling) we unable to resolve the issue. Basically the phone number provided on the bill connects to low level employees that unable to help. It has been almost 4 months since the account closing and July's overpayment of $50.73. Please help with this matter. I have notes on original billing and dates when we contacted RTN customer services and copy of certified letter that was received at their Brooklyn address. v/r,****** and Kirshteyn Family PS: In my opinion businesses like ******** with this practices should not be operating in the continental **.
