    The pick up and delivery went fine, but he damaged my car during transport. He admitted to the damage but refuses to do anything about it. This is because I was not their for drop off and had my aunt / grandfather sign the **** there was no damage done when taking it off so they thought nothing was wrong. After I arrived I noticed massive long scratches across my bumper, leaving me to believe that he took my car off at some point to fit more cars on and that is when the damage was done. I would advise all auto brokers to not use this company, as he waits to respond so that you can not submit a claim due to the *** terms. The broker I used was great and very helpful (Sherpa), but the experience dealing with this driver / owner was extremely unpleasant.
