    This company is scumbag, scam artists and it is completely disgusting to run a business the way these people do. i was in an accident in close proximity to their yard, they were standing, waiting around for things to clear out to approach us about taking the car, we regrettably agreed to let them take it to their yard. The following day we tried calling multiple times to go pick up our vehicle, no answer, so they just let the car sit there while we have to pay a daily storage fee when really we want to get the car out of there. These jerkoffs DO NOT answer their phones, they do not properly communicate with their customers, and they WILL MOST DEFINITELY flat out just rip you off for your money. There is no way to contact these people, and when you physically go to their yard its a ghost town as if the place is abandoned. If you ever need a place for towing, body repair, anything automotive related, DO NOT USE REDHOOK RECOVERY TOWING, as this company does not know how to properly function as a business, which explains why these scumbags are not BBB accredited. avoid using this company for any towing and collision repairs!

    NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW!!!!!. this place is a scam and is run by horrible people. DO NOT LET YOUR CAR BE TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY!!! they took advantage of me when i got into my accident and approached me out of the blue and basically forced me to give them my car to be towed. They said it would be a low fee of 80$ to get my car towed and i would be able to pick it up the next day. Shocking that the next day i call and no answer and i show up and the place is closed. i call multiple times and finally they answer and tell me to come in an hour. an hour passes and i call to let them know im coming and they say there closed. TRULY A SCAM JUST TO GET MY CAR FOR AN EXTRA DAY. Next day i show up at 6 in the morning and they wouldnt release my car unless i paid them 400 DOLLARS!! actually insane. these people are lower then low and and saw me crying on the side of the rode with the cops struggling on what to do with my car and just took advantage of the whole situation. i am an ************************************************** the world that would do this is actually appalling!!!

    This experience today went 100% smoothly. Last tow I had in Sept 2023 were a bunch of scammers. Requested a tow from my Allstate app and they sent Redhook recovery. Flat bed came, picked up and dropped me and the car off. **** was very professional and a great guy to talk to in our way to the dealership. If I ever need a tow I'm definitely requesting this company.
