    Upon my arrival at the Alamo drafthouse Downtown Brooklyn location I was greeted with hostility, stopped, harassed denied entry , and assaulted by staf after receiving my ticket . To spite having arrived with in ***** mins of the showtime as permitted, still seeking compensation for money having been wasted on this experience . Would not recommend that anyone waste their time and or hard earned money in support of this establishment horrible experience will not be returning.

    This theater has some really interesting policies and practices. 1. Opening up a tab while i sit down a theater should be optional. If i tell the waiter to close my tab and charge my card immediately for my meal and that i will not be order anything else for the rest of the movie, i shouldn't have to get told with a condescending tone that cards are charged 40 mins before the movie ends. I do not keep tabs open. This should be optional. 2. The waiting staff here can be very rude. I don't know their working conditions but they are very displeased with being here. 3. Be aware that if you decide to get their monthly membership to see 1 movie a day, booking online will still incur a fee. *** and regal waive fees. Keep that in mind. 4. The recliners barely recline much. Think reclining in your coach bus seat. 5. I constantly ask for a water and no one brings it. 6. I have had issues where i book a ticket online and they charge my card but i get no ticket. Then no one at the theater can help so i have deal with people online.
