     As a customer, I have several concerns regarding my recent purchase from your company. Firstly, I have contacted ***** and they have informed me that they do not allow third-party distributors to sell their products without proper authorization. Given this information, I have concerns about the legitimacy and legality of the **** remotes that were included in my purchase. Furthermore, during our discussions prior to my purchase, we had discussed the purchase of universal remotes, not specifically **** remotes. The fact that I have received products that were not as discussed is also a cause for concern.
    In addition to this, the invoice that I received from Camscam was not detailed enough to provide me with accurate and complete information about the products that I purchased. The lack of detail on the invoice, including not specifying any brand names but rather "MISC" for the items, raises concerns about the transparency and accuracy of the transaction. As a customer, I believe that it is important to have accurate and detailed information about the products I am purchasing.
    Furthermore, the resolution offered to me was to keep the items, including the **** remotes that I am not authorized to sell, and that the company has offered me a $3,000 refund. However, I find this offer unacceptable, given that I spent $10,500 on these items, which I believe are overpriced. This also explains the lack of detail on the invoice that I received.
    As a customer, I expect transparency and fairness in all transactions, and I do not believe that the current resolution being offered meets these expectations. I am still concerned about the legitimacy and legality of the **** remotes, as well as the lack of detail on the invoice and the discrepancy between the products discussed and the products received.
    I hope that we can work together to find a more satisfactory resolution to this issue that addresses all of these concerns in a way that is fair and equitable for all parties involved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    utdated products. What's more, I never received an invoice with my order. The only invoice I received was via WhatsApp from CamScanner, and it was not detailed. It only listed the items as "miscellaneous," which further adds to my suspicion that *********** is not licensed to sell these items.I have already filed a report with the ************************ (report number: *********) to report their fraudulent and unprofessional behavior, and I am now submitting this report to the Better Business Bureau to bring attention to the issue and warn other consumers about the risks of doing business with ***********.In light of this experience, I would like to request a full refund for my purchase, as well as any additional compensation that *** be appropriate.     Good morning customer  contacted our business looking to purchase  product that was  explained to be  closeout and liquidation. all  categories and  venue of sales were discussed and approved by  customer. . customer tried to  cancel order after it was processed we were not able to cancel at that point. we feel this is the  root cause of his  dissatisfaction.  although he still did receive the product with no claim of any damages or shortages at time of delivery.  all was exactly as described.  we tried to help customer but no matter what options he was given  it was simply not enough.   we even offered him in house  credits to be applies as he began to explain in his complaint.  all was explained in detail multiple times ,we feel this is a classic case of buyers remorse. all product we sell is  legitimate and  obtained legally.     A few days later I did receive boxes from ***** and upon opening those boxes Ill quickly realize that I was sent a ton of old product. Returned items, damaged, packaging, items without packaging and not a single product was profitable for my business. The next time I spoke with ************ explained that the products were not what I expected & I never received an invoice for my order.. He apologized and said ***** d the invoice immediately & that we could get on a call yhe next morning before he left on vacation so that we can discuss the products and figure out a solution I called the following morning and got no answer.. it has now been two weeks, and I have still yet to hear back from *****, I have reached out to every line of contact that shows on their website and everyone of them goes back to *****, even the emails. It seems like he is the only person who runs this business, and has some very shady business practices.. Still have no invoice so I cant legally sell the products

We welcome her to contact us directly, we always want to do the right thing. We can possibly swap out product in order to help her.
