    To Whom It May Concern,My name is Ksenija Zuravlova, and I am a 16-year-old student from ******. I am submitting a formal complaint against the *********************** ******* for breach of contract, misrepresentation, refusal to refund, and creating ****-related complications that block my educational future.I officially enrolled in their exchange program on February 21, 2025 by signing a contract. The agreement clearly stated (Clause 9) that the final payment would only be required after the DS-2019 form was issued. However, ******* issued the final invoice on April 14, 2025, before any **** form was prepared. This directly violated our contract.Because of this, my family and I withdrew from the program on May 2, 2025. We informed the organization clearly and provided evidence of this decision. Nevertheless, they refused to confirm the cancellation, ignored our messages for weeks, and continue to withhold the funds we paid. Their responses reference vague internal regulations not included in the contract we signed.Additionally, without my consent or knowledge, WAY USA created a ***** record in my name even though I never received a DS-2019 form, never paid the ***** I-901 fee, and never submitted a **** application. Because of this, my new school (***************) cannot issue my I-20, and I am currently unable to apply for an F-1 ****.? What this organization has done:Violated a signed agreement by requesting payment early;Failed to deliver promised services;Ignored all requests for confirmation or refund;Created immigration system blocks for a minor without authorization.? What I am requesting:1.A full refund of all funds paid;2.Official confirmation of cancellation as of May 2, 2025;3.Removal or release of any ***** records created by WAY USA;4.An investigation into the organizations practices to protect future international students.
