    I ordered a supernova kit for my daughter for Christmas and never even received it. It was her only Christmas present and she cried for a week. Received no help at all. My poor daughter was devastated. I'd like to be reimbursed considering I bought the biggest supernova package and an extra certificate yet didn't receive anything. What a disappointment.

    This is SCAM WEBSITE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They make it seem like youll get a 50 page space photo book, celestial software, and other items but you actually get NONE OF IT. You will pay an extra $55 for a printed certificate but you wont get that either. They say on their website that you will receive it within 5 days but in your email confirmation it says 18 days. They also say everything is printed within ******* so why on earth would it take 18 days AND theres no tracking available. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE!!!

    SCAM. HORRIBLE and misleading website. They make it seem like you will be able to find the star once you make your purchase but once you do they send you things with zero reference. The mapping on their website doesnt work because when you zoom out, some stars move and some dont. Again, no reference. The app doesnt work and when I emailed them they replied and said try again which I did but it didnt work so I have emailed them three times with no response. Its been 12 days.nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE.
