    I went to Next level aesthetics on 4/10/24 to get a facial It was advertised on Instagram at a discount. After receiving the facial, **** went over payment options with me. She said she needed my social security for appointments only. She told me to sign the membership to receive a discount for further facials. She did not tell me that it was a 12 month committment and she will be applying for credit. **** did not tell me she was applying for a credit. She applied for a credit of $2400. She said i can pay monthly to receive a discount. She never informed me that i was applying with ****** credit company. She didnt give me a copy of the contract. She mislead me stating that i was signing the membership to receive a discount. I am furious that she ran my name and applied for credit without informing me. Im in the process of buying property and would have never agreed to apply for credit for a facial. I tried reaching out to ************** by phone and email. No one answered and the email was returned to sender. She refused to give me any documentation stating that the contract was cancelled.
