On December 30th, 2022 National Grid Locked All Meters, Leaving The Building without Heat, Hot Water ************** due to a gas leak. Later On That Afternoon I Hired a Guy name ***** from A-1 to Correct The Tickets and get rid of the Leaks. He worked at the location for two days and was paid ***** dollars before passing the job off to someone he claimed was his partner named **** who came to the location on January 3rd 2023 to continue the job because ***** was going on vacation, **** then accessed the job and said it would cost me ****** to complete the job or ****** if he had to pull two permits. **** was then giving a $4,000.00 deposit to pick up where ***** left off leaving a $7,500.00 balance. On January 20th, 2023, **** was paid $7,200.00, he deducted $300.00 from the balance and said that anything dealing with the boiler would be done by *****. From the time **** started the job, he canceled three times, He did not provide any paperwork related to the job until it was requested on February 6th via text by my ********************* and when asked when the service would be restored he requested $1*****.00 more and approval to continue working on the job. **** told him to cease all work and he would get back to him. On February 15th I called National Grid only to find out that the license of ***************************, lic#**** expired 12/16/22, two weeks prior to them starting the job at my location, who is the name of the Master plumber they used to install the gas pipes under. On February 17th, 2023 I was forced to hire a new plumber to finish the job after paying him in full, only to find out that **** tied new gas pipes into old gas pipes which were leaking, he cut a steam pipe which has to be replaced because it leaks, and installed new gas pipes with an expired license. Makes me wonder where else he has installed gas pipes without a license? Sincerely yours,*************************
