    ***** recently closed their doors and sold their loans to SST (which appears to be a collections agency with horrible reviews) SST and Tally both sent notifications that if I had an auto debit set up that I would not need to do anything further. SST sent me notification that my payment would be withdrawn on 10/11/2024 This is not a date I selected, it was selected by them and they had to give a certain amount of notice for the auto debit. So thats fine. Nothing else was explained, yet starting yesterday I have been receiving 5-10 "Spam Risk" calls a day. Come to find out, SST has now stated that my account with them is 5 days delinquent and a payment was due on 9/21/2024 If I do not pay by the "end of the month" which is Monday. Then they will report me as delinquent to the credit bureaus. I went on to set up an account on their website so I could try to gather more information-- if I go to make a payment it clearly shows that my next payment is already scheduled for 10/11/2024 How can they do this? How can they report this as delinquent and report me to the credit bureaus when they set these terms. How can they change the dates and not notify me. I have screen shots of the text messages and I have all of the emails.
