***** ***************************** could not have been better! He was willing to inspect the house and then "meet" with us remotely before we came in to the ** area. Even more making it comfortable & convenient for us, he was able to schedule our in-person meeting on our first day at the house even on a Saturday.Miraculously, we signed a contract on Saturday and work commenced on Tuesday, took the day off Wed for New Years Day and finished on Thursday! It felt like a miracle because he had to rush and get materials and a crew in time for the rare pocket of three days of good weather.Very pleased with their professionalism, execution and quality of the job. The roof looks good, the garbage was all picked up, and I will use Reynolds Restoration for any other construction jobs that we can't do ourselves.

*****’s team did a fantastic job with our renovation project, replacing my old siding and adding insulation layers this summer. They managed to keep within the budget while delivering exceptional quality. The team worked incredibly hard, even on some very hot days, to stay on schedule, and the results are amazing - my house looks completely new! I expected things to get messy, as siding and roofing work often does, but they kept the outside of my house much cleaner than other roofers would. In just two weeks, they finished replacing all the siding and gutters. ***** is an excellent project manager, working closely with his team to ensure all our special requests were met. He was quick to respond and the after-sales service has been top-notch too - they don’t just disappear after you pay. Overall, a well-deserved 5-star experience!Reynolds Restoration

The recent renovation of Apartment 5G in our cooperative apartment building has been a resounding success. **** and his team from Reynolds Restoration was exceptional, maintaining clear and consistent communication with both the building management and the new cooperative apartment owner throughout the entire process. The quality of work was outstanding, with no corners cut, ensuring that every detail was meticulously attended to. The end result is a beautifully renovated apartment, complete with a modern kitchen and bathroom, that has pleased both the cooperative management and the apartment owner. Impressively, all of this was achieved within the allocated budget, demonstrating ****'s efficiency and dedication to excellence. Finding a trustworthy and reliable roofer is not easy but choosing Reynolds Restoration proved to be the right choice. It Took me and wife many interviews with different contractors but after speaking with ***** a couple of times, we felt the most comfortable with him and the price was also fair. ***** was an absolute pleasure to with, and so easy to speak to and was very sincere. He Answered all our questions and was extremely patient with us. The men were respectful and cleaned every day after job. ***** and team respected my property , made sure my dogs could use backyard which is very important to us and interacted so kindly with my neighbors. It was a good experience and so glad we went with *****. My roof came out great and I HIGHLY recommend Reynolds Restoration to all friends and family !!We plan on using him again for future work.Reynolds Restoration

Reynolds Restoration did an excellent job in replacing my roof. Prior to the start everything to be done was discussed. On the work day, they showed up on time and worked very efficiently.
