    We asked for pest control and instead something was stolen from us.Our landlord reached out to this company for their service and unfortunately during the time they sent their technician over my roommate and I werent able to oversee the technician as we work remote and both had meetings at the time. We have a two story duplex and we both worked from our rooms while he sprayed all our bathrooms and sink with gnat treatment. As he left he notified us and was walked out the front door, the next morning we noticed an expensive and foreign bottle of liquor was missing from our bar cart. We checked our security system and it monitored time stamped movement by our bar cart which is FAR AWAY from the sink meaning he had no reason to be there - we informed the company and instead of trying to hold the technician accountable they became accusatory and told us since we had no proof they were certain the technician didnt steal the item. They never asked him or even followed up after receiving the first call from us until we had to call back. The fact is no one else was in our house since I returned from the trip I bought the bottle from 3 days ago only the technician and the monitor spotted movement in that exact area.My issue isnt with the liquor its a monetary item - its replaceable. My concern is with the inability for the company to take responsibility and assure their customers something like that would not repeat itself. I would not recommend this service for that reason alone because you should feel comfortable with who you allow in your homes
