    If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been coming to my building for nearly a year to address a bug infestation, and the problem is still as bad as ever. Their technicians spend less than a minute in the apartment, do not patch holes or seal entry points, and make no effort to conduct a proper inspection or follow-up.
    They are clearly not using an Integrated Pest Management approach, which is the standard required in NYC. I also could not find them listed in the NYSDEC database, which raises serious concerns about their licensing and compliance.
    The end result: after almost a year of “treatments,” nothing has changed. Totally ineffective and unprofessional. I would never recommend them — if you need real extermination, look elsewhere.
