      I give this business one star because they have poor customer service. My daughter received brand new glasses from them two weeks ago after having her old ones for almost three years. The arm on the frames fell off. She went to them to see if she could get a replacement. The manager/owner said I would have to pay $50 for the frames. I said why when my daughter didnt even break the glasses? He said thats the policy. I asked him if I paid $50 today and the frames break in two weeks again, I have to pay $50 again? How is this fair? If she had broken them, I understand that I will have to pay. But she didnt break it. It fell off by theirselves. He said that he will only replace the screws if they came out. But guess what, they charge $4. You can go to the 99 cent store and purchase the s**** kit and do it your self. Please stay away from this business. They are not selling good quality frames. You will be spending more money. ****** learned, I will go to another business.

      Horrible service, dont waste your time, go somewhere else where theyre more professional and seek tour best interest. Went here with my son, we both did eye exams, the doctor ***** the best with kids, she got frustrated very easily. At the time of the exams, I forgot the *** form that I needed filled out for my son, so I attempted to take the form the following week, only to be told the doctor that examined my sons eyes is no longer there, her last day was the day she did my sons eye exam and he would need to do a new eye exam.
