    I ordered **** ****** bag through *******. This bag was to be leather. Which it was not. I immediately sent it back. The bag was returned in June. I use affirm for payment. I wanted on refund and it has not happened yet. I contacted ******* several times. They contacted glitters but still no refund. The time I contacted ******* they said all glitters had sent and myself an email stating the bag was damaged. Total lie and they did not contact me with that bull anyway. The latest they sent email through ******* stating that ******* was responsible for my refund. I am very upset and I just want the money that has been taken to be refunded to me.

    Subject: Complaint Against All Glitters for Unfair Business Practices Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against ************ regarding a product I purchased and returned under unfair circumstances. Below are the details of the issue:1.Merchant: All Glitters 2.Product: **** ***** bag ****** of Purchase: August 25, 2024 ****** of Return: September 9, 2024 Details of the Issue:After purchasing a **** ***** bag from All Glitters, I returned it in unused condition. I have clear photographic evidence proving that the product was not used, as well as delivery confirmation showing that the product was returned to the merchant.Despite this, All Glitters falsely claimed that I used the product and has refused to issue a refund. They are now expecting me to continue paying for the product through Affirm, even though they have kept the returned item.I filed a dispute with Affirm, and they ruled in the merchants favor, claiming that All Glitters declined the delivery of the returned item. However, I never received the product back, and there is no evidence from Affirm or All Glitters that the product was delivered back to me or that delivery was properly *********** of now, I am left without the product and am still being charged for it.Resolution Sought:I request that All Glitters either issue a full refund or return the product to me if I am obligated to continue paying for it. This situation has caused unnecessary frustration, and I believe it reflects poor business practices.I am seeking the BBBs assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that the merchant does not continue to engage in unfair practices with other customers.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
