    I paid for some sneakers on September 14, 2025, never even received an update email I contacted the store by phone was told for orders the store doesnt deal with them only on line. Email them in three different occasions get one response for the second email was I need to wait for a confirmation here it is now September the 26, 2025 still nothing

    This company ***** scammers!!!.....first time I purchase from here and will never shop here ever again. I pre-ordered a pair of **** ama maneir shoes order #****** on February 22, 2025 that came out on March 29. They should've shipped my shoes by April 14 two weeks from the release date like their policy states but they LIE!!! They haven't communicated with me nor answered my questions or no notification at all...as if there was no order but the thing is there is and it says paid. I really wanted to like this company and didn't want to believe the reviews I saw yet they were right...but that doesn't make them right to steal or ghost on their customers. If they don't respond soon I will take legal action because they're scamming hard working people.

    *********** does not take there customers serious!!. I pre-order bred 11 on dec 3rd they release on dec 14th they are horrible communicating, and also there shipping policy is wrong and lies. They told me they would ship my sneakers EXPRESS last week and now my sneakers wont arrive till next week..literally 1 month and days after. This company needs to have a class action so they can stop lying to customer all around or shut them.down WHY DO PREORDER TO RECEIVE IT 1 MONTH AFTER ..PRE ORDER SHOULD NOT BE THAT WAY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

    This company is a pure fraud!! I really wish I would've read the reviews prior to purchasing. I was sold a pair of counterfeit Varsity Red ****** 11s. I contacted the website reporting the shoes were counterfeit. I was sent an email stating the shoes were 100% authentic and I can take them to a consignment shop for verification. My cousin happens to own a luxury items boutique. He verified the shoes were fake. They refuse to take them back although I have never worn them or even tried them on. They refuse to answer any follow up emails. This company is a total sham buying counterfeit products from overseas and have the nerve to inflate the price on counterfeit products. I just want my money back but they have made it plain and clear they're not willing to give you your money back. They are SCAMMERS!!! AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
