On 10/18/2023 I purchased sheets and they arrived. I washed them and put them on my bed. I then took them off to wash them again and when I was putting them back on the bed I noticed a spot. As I looked further, there were spots in quite a few places. I took pictures emailed the company asking to return the sheets and get a refund. I had purchased these in hopes they would last longer than my usual cheaper sheets. I emailed them 3 times asking for a response but have not received one. I would like my money back and if the email me a shipping label I will happily send them the sheets.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 12/8/23 and the order has not shipped. I reached out via email on 12/20/23 to check on the status of my order. I received an automated message that I would be contacted within 2-4 business days. As of 1/3/24 I have not received any information on my order.Business Response

Have been attempting to order the Classic Bathrobe for a year (since December of 2022) company strung me along and told me it would be back in stock. Finally, item showed back in stock on 11/23/24. So, I placed an order for that item that showed in stock on 11/23. Item was actually not in stock, and I received email from Snowe suggesting a replacement item (Honeycomb Bathrobe) offering me 15% off (bait and switch) I emailed back and stated, that yes, I wanted to purchase the suggested item but no 15% off code was given to me. I then received an automated email which was an order update, showing that replacement item was ordered by Snowe but the original out of stock order number was used, and no shipping or tracking information is accessible. There has been no update, and the item does not show it has shipped. Tried to contact company MULTIPLE times with no response. Company just went ahead and charged me for item that has not shipped, and I was given no other details and not contacted by company. Horrible experience.Business Response

Customer service fully refunded this customer on 12/4 and delivered the Honeycomb Bathrobe to the customer on 12/16. Once they received the item, they contacted customer service on 12/27 with concerns regarding the robes quality. We responded the same day, and have yet to receive a response.

Purchase date 4/19/2021 Amount $311.00 Company promises long-lasting "heritage" linen sheets that are "...made to last for decades.", and "...primed to age beautifully." My sheets are falling apart in less than 2 years, after caring for sheets according to the company's recommendations. Condition of sheets exceeds normal wear and tear. Brought this to Snowe's attention. Employee made an offer of a discount on new sheets. I want a refund instead. I expressed my unhappiness with the offer and was told that because I was not nice or humorous in my email, and because I expressed my unhappiness in email and on social media, the offer was lessened. I placed an order with Snowe in February 2022, it was a set of bowls. I was charged for the order and still haven't received it. I have emailed their customer service about 8 times about this and they kept telling me it was delayed because of supply chain problems. I paid in full for a product via the website. I never received the product so I tried to contact the company but they have no phone number and only can be contacted via email. I sent several emails with no response. It has been a month with no response of any kind. I purchased a homeware item from Snowe back in Nov 2021 and they never shipped it. I checked in with their customer support team on a near monthly basis to ask for updates, and they always told me it would ship "next month", due to supply chain issues. Eventually, they started ignoring my emails. They also deleted my comments asking for a refund from their Instagram page in order to keep up the appearance that they're a reputable business. I ordered a robe and two towels for my wife on December 20,2022. The order number is #**********. They arrived on 12/24/22 and my card was charged $144.16. I was very disappointed in the quality of my items and decided it wasn't what we wanted and would return them. We have sent multiple emails starting on 12/26/22 for a return label to ship them back and get our money back. I have not received any response at all from Snowe. I have attempted to call the number that I found for their customer service which I assume has been disconnected because it is a busy every time day or night. In November 2022 I placed an order for sheets from Snowe and my credit card company was charged ****** on 11/27/22. I did receive the sheets but I must have inadvertently ordered the wrong size. My intent was to return the product for an exchange of the correct size. I requested a printable return label from their customer service help department acknowledging that I was aware of the return fee. I have been sending a form of this request weekly since then. Each time I have received a form acknowledgment from them with assurance that they honor their 60 day return policy. The irony of this if the fact that I love their sheets and having been buying them for a while. The order# is **********. Im afraid we do not currently have an expected timeline to share. If youd like, we can keep your order in place until we do have more information for you.My response: Thank you for letting me know. Is there another color in the sateen California-king ***** set that is available? I would like that expedite shipped if there is. Otherwise if there is an upgraded, ie linen, ***** set in stock, I would appreciate that too.
