I have been trying to reach Hydraflow Email Support to file a warranty claim for a defective Hydraflow 25-oz. Double Wall Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Dual Lid issue. And they don't 'ever' respond. Despite on their website promoting a 'lifetime warranty'; They list with 'no address nor phone number' for the company, I have registered my product over a month but no response and no way to email them directly. Ordered a traveler 40 oz water bottle and n 8/1/24. It arrived 8/6/24 and saw that it was only 30 oz.I emailed the company 8/6/24 about swapping for my intended 40 oz instead. Followed up via email 8/8/24.Also tried messaging their IG account that was suggested on the shop app. On 8/9/24.Emailed 8/12/14 that I still hadnt received a reply and wanted a refund for the difference. A cup came from ****** and the lid had been forced on and was stripped. It leaked profusely. It was impossible to stop. I returned it and got the same thing again. They have made it impossible to get a phone number and talk to a real person. This is not a lot of money but its the principal of the matter. My attempt to tell them of a manufacturing problem, my repeated requests for a new bottle that they had checked the quality of, my offer to send the defective bottle back if they sent a return label. 11 emails from me (because you can,t call them. My husband purchased the Hydraflow 40 oz Capri tumbler as a mother's day present in May 2023. On June 12 I emailed their service department about a product issue and have had zero response. Within the first month the rubber gasket that holds the straw in place has come apart so now it leaks and there is crack along the lid that is spreading even though it hasn't been dropped or knocked over. I am frustrated that they will not respond to my email and there is no other way to contact them. This bottle wasn't inexpensive and the quality is just ****Customer Answer

I purchased the Hydraflow 34-oz. Double Wall Stainless Steel Bottle, 2 Pack from ***'s Club, and both of their lids broke with the small handle piece breaking as well. The broken lid punctured my child's hand. I have emailed them 6 times since I purchased the water bottles in February; however, they have never responded. There is no customer service number. Date of Transaction: Jan 2022.I contacted Hydraflow customer service via emails and ******** messenger on the following dates to let them know that the paint on my 25oz blue tumbler was chipping. ******** Messenger messages: March 23, 29, May 10, Jul 10, Jul 7, Jul 12, Jul 18, 2022 Via emails through my Yahoo email account: 3/16, 3/29, 4/16, 2022.They have never contacted me to resolve this. They state on their website to have a lifetime warranty on their products. Yet they never have contacted me. I want a replacement for the 25oz Tumbler (any color).
