    I purchased 2 pairs of black grip power pads for working out on Jan. 6th 2022 and to this day, I am still fighting to get a refund because they sent me the wrong color. Only 1 of the pair of power pads were returned back to the seller (my brother ended up using the other one so I knew I wouldn't get a refund, so I only sent one back). Their Returned Policy state "This item must be new and never used. If youre exchanging, well send you new Cobra Grips and pay the shipping expenses for the exchanged item." They received the pair of glove at my own expense paying shipping cost ($16.40 ****** and asked for the original packaging! I shipped it new cardboard box with bubble zip-lock. I am still fighting to this day for my refund! It also came with a cheap mesh bag to carry the gloves that wasn't included in the return, these costs a $1 from *****, I am sure they have stock for these in their shipping ***** Overall, I am not happy at all for the rude service I've received. I am hoping you can assist. Either a replacement of the black leather glove, or a refund of the 1 pair of gloves. They can knock the mesh bag at $1 if they want, and I'll pay the difference! I've attached one that I have that's similar. I buy a lot of gym equipment.Just so you're aware, I am a ** citizen living in *****. I've purchased their gloves several times in the past but the international shipping cost is always expensive. With my new recent job, it allowed me to travel back to ****** and I took advt. of this opportunity to purchase more gloves because the shipping cost would be a lot cheaper, delivery would be within ******, not to *****.

    Hello, all grips are use in sporting goods and can not *********** once item been open and used! this costumer from span and order 2 items from **, we did ship them twice since 1st address that costumer proved in *** was not valid. We did ship items back but She return one of them in a USED condign not new original pair for that reason She was denied in giving any refund. Now she became smart and went after our financial incaution, our legal department got involved and denied that request for a chargeback as well. Over all she just trying to scheme ** and our store please see below order details thank you for your concern and your complain

    Email screen shots show they  accepted with no original packaging as long as gloves were used! I was following exactly their instructions and even only sent one pair back because it was USED! They denied refund because of no original packaging which they clearly stated theyd accept  no original packaging. Now their response now to BBB is no refund because the gloves were used, not due to no original packaging. Please have them show proof the gloves I returned were used then!
