    On Feb 28th I placed an order (******) for ***** with Flintts Mints. They let me know it was delivered on March 10. I never received this order. I reached out 3 times with no response. Finally I received a response to my 4th time contacting them (they replied March 19th) with an offer to replace the order if I paid an additional $5.The customer service has been horrible and they have asked me to pay extra money for an order I did not receive.I don't want this order anymore because I refuse to shop at a company with poor service and I just want to be refunded for the items I never received.

    Placed an order on 3/1/25. Order states delivered on 3/6/25. The order never physically arrived at my address. According to their website, if the order didn't arrive within 2 days of said delivery date, to reach out. I reached out. Initial email wasn't answered. Only got a response after commenting on a ******** Finally get a response. Seems because I didn't pay additional fees for damage, loss or theft - I cannot get a refund. I did not initially see this option as I was doing everything on my phone. Their solution was to offer a reduced cost replacement. This does not guarantee that I will actually receive the item. They state they consider confirmation of delivery from **** as fully delivered. So for that reason, my stating I never received it doesn't matter. So if I pay again, and don't get it. I'll be losing out again. How many times has a **** carrier not delivered something and marked it delivered? I can't tell you how many time's I hear about this. At this point I feel scammed.
