    I purchase items from this business for my daughters birthday on ************. When we opened them the pants had a ripped slit in them. The other 2 items were too small, so I started an exchange and followed their directions and sent in my package on February 27th. I have still not received my items. They first informed me that they needed to look for it. Then they said they found it but they didnt have the items in stock and had to order them and I would receive them the following week. Then they never sent them and I messaged them they said sorry you didnt reply we are sold out but there was no reply needed at all. Then I messaged them again and they said only one item right and I sent back no with pictures of items and receipt. I have not heard or gotten a response from them since that was April 30th. This is over 90 days since I purchased these items.

    I ordered a white ******* ****** jogging suit, and it had stains all over it. So I took pictures of it and they told me to return it, so I followed the instructions carefully and did so. Now they're giving me the run around, I have the invoice and tracking information and proof they received my return. #********

    I made a Purchase for clothing in the amount of $153.00 On March 30, 2025 ... It's Now April 19, 2025...I paid a extra $24 for 2 days air express to receive my order faster...Bills Outlet emailed me days later saying something was wrong with my address.. in which I have ordered from them ******** times, they cancelled my Order On their end, and hadn't refunded my money back Yet to my card, no response to my emails or messages Or Phone calls, and you can't get thru to anyone to speak to at all I'm ****** Angry...still til this day April 22, ***************************************** Response From anyone at * BillsOutlets* please Help Me...and Everyone else with getting what's Owed to Us Rightfully User's recommendation: Be really Mindful about your money when dealing with "Bills Outlet".

    I order merchandise on 3/5/2025. Invoice # ********* It was delivered it was the wrong outfit and size. It was returned on 3/13/2025 tracking # ************.. I have made many attempts to call and have sent 5 emails in this issue. No response at all no one answers phone or emails. I have been hung up on twice when they did answer the phone . If some one can help with this matter it would be appreciated.

    Hello I canceled transaction. Prior to clearing. The amount has cleared. I contacted merchant for refund and was told 3-5days. Transaction cancelled 3/27/25 It has been over that time frame. I can no longer get anyone on the phone. I have also emailed to no reply. I have included receipts showing canceled and amount removed from my account.i am currently contacting ****** for bad advertisement listing so they are removed. Company appeared in ****** searchcompany has more than 20 bad reviews in the last month. I will always read reviews prior to shopping for now on. ****** needs to not to refer non TRUSTED sources. The reviews on this company are outrageous! Thanks in advance REFUND $203

    I purchased outfit but it was to small so I paid to send it back and they received the item back and they still don't want to give me my money back they are very rude when u call them they don't respond back to emails

    I purchased two clothing items from BillsOutlet. Upon receiving the items I immediately saw they were not as advertised online. The items also did not fit. I emailed BillsOutlet to which a representative replied stating I could return for a full refund. The items where returned, but I never received my refund. I received the items on 4/16/24. The date of return was 4/26/24. I have had no luck resolving this via email, or phone messages with the company. I am requesting a full refund of ******.

    7/1/2024 We order 2 tracksuit from this company and they sent the incorrect sizes and product . We now know this was done on purpose because the item are not what we ordered and they did not have in stock the items we immediately called them and told them and sent the items back with in days of receiving the items .The items have been returned by us and we had to pay the shipping cost as well . So they now have the items that we returned as well as our ****** dollar. They have not returned our money and they have the items They are a scam and a rip off
