    Extremely bad experience. I recently closed a loan with them and all through out I felt fake promises and wrong commitment on lender credits. Seems a very old school way of selling where trust has no value only sale matters. They committed me at the beginning of the process a certain amount of credits and continually asked to ignore the disclosure as it will be settled in final version. They kept pushing to spend on appraisal and other items so you are locked in with them. At the time of closing they didn't adhere to any promises and rather asked me to follow up every week for 4 weeks, and eventually declining to pay with a reason that we will evaluate the credits now. Stay away from this company. Very bad experience with ***** ***** and team!

    If I could rate more poorly than 1 star I would .An employee by the name of *************** who works out of ****** *****, absolutely slaughtered the mortgage that she took on for a consumer trying to purchase my house. For 9 1/2 weeks she dragged this procedure out, telling her customer that everything was going as planned and that she was "a strong buyer"...when in fact *************** wasn't working on the loan at all. She dropped the ball over and over, while leading her customer on to believe she was getting the home without question. She told her at the beginning that her down payment would $54.00 and on the day before the closing, she told her it would be more than $7,000. Terrible customer service throughout this 2 month process, wouldn't return phone calls, or texts or even answer her phone 90% of the time. Her customer was given 5 different "closing dates" in the end, by pushing it out each time and buying more time by saying "something was holding it up", but it was never her fault. By the end of the 9 1/2 weeks, it all came to an end when she requested a large down payment that she had never warned her customer about and then told her that she hadn't "qualified" for the loan right from the beginning. A true disaster, considering her customer HAD to move from the apartment she was living in with her child and *************** was well aware of this time crunch from the beginning. Its one thing to have your closing date bumped out by a couple of days or a week even, but not be given 5 separate closing dates and then have it all fall apart by the hands of the mortgage officer at the very end. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL
