    I'm still waiting for my refund that I'm supposedly order bedframe but recieved a bed part only and I sent it back.

    They have all their items listed as "in stock". I placed an order and they charged my card immediately. I emailed to ask for an estimated ship date, and they told me the LEAD TIME on this "in stock" item was 2 weeks. *******.

    I attempted to order some fitness equipment from this company. They called me back later to say that the price had increased, and I would need to pay the higher price. They also informed me that they would not provide the free shipping offered in my receipt. I asked them to cancel the order and they agreed. I got no confirmation of the cancellation and needed to follow up. Eventually, I was able to get a cancellation email. However, none of this stopped the company from taking and processing my payment. Even after promising to refund me, they have not. I have sent several follow up emails that have gone unanswered. This company uses bait and switch tactics, does not follow up and steals money. I have yet to receive any resolution.

    I placed an order with Axiom Medical Supplies on March 23rd 2023 for a tumble foam roller for my 4 year nephew with Autism . I ordered a 10X36 roller ******. Upon receiving the product on it was NOT the size I ordered . It was a 6x24. roller . I called the Axiom and explained they sent me the wrong size roller and asked for a return label . I heard nothing ! I waited for the email with the label for 2 weeks . I then again called Axiom and asked for a return label . I did receive the label that day . I sent the wrong item back that very day . I took pictures of the product I was sent , along with the receipt of ****** charged on my credit card . I also had kept the tracking number for the return . The product was returned and delivered on April 14th . I asked for a refund , as I placed an ordered with another company as this was a gift . As of today May 31 2023. I have not received my refund nor has the company returned any phone calls or emails .In fact , they won't answer the phone ! This business is a scam ! To take money for a product for a gift for a child with a disability is sickening ! I have filed a complaint with my credit card company and they too have had no luck getting any response from this company . BEWARE !

    We tried to get in with the customer for the same, but we did not get through with her. We wanted to let the customer know that it is not the fault of our company, it is the manufacturer who sent the wrong size, we talked to the manufacturer to send the correct size, but she didn't give us the time to refund or send the correct size item, but before that, she contacted her bank and filed for chargeback and in the meantime we sent her the return label and we got the item back. We sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to her because of us or the manufacturer.
