  Our licensed cleaning company was contacted by ********************* of JWiz on 3/29/21 and scheduled a Zoom meeting for 3/30/21. During the meeting their services were presented as similar to other lead generation businesses but for the ***************** They offered 1 yr of listing our business in the ********** area for 3 payments of $600 to which we declined. We explained our budget was $150 a month and that we would not agree unless we had the option to cancel anytime. We were told that was not an option and decided to end the meeting. At this point a manager, introduced to us as Avi, joined the meeting to personally approve pricing and guaranteed our ability to cancel anytime which was why we moved forward. However after giving the information they requested and my signature we received a standardized contract that did not reflect the information and payment amount which was discussed. Most importantly, the contract stated "no cancelation, no refunds" contrary to "manager approval" was included. An inaccurate advertisment marketing our company's services and location was produced and was not the service which was promised. I contacted the company to cancel and was denied. After fruitless conversations with customer service, I was offered another contract to pay half the price which I did not sign. I contacted my bank to cancel my card and disputed transactions, where 1 payment was returned to me but the other was outside of the bank's time frame. I have not been contacted by the company in any way since then however I have received invoices stating I owe the company the original full amount. (The same amout that did not reflect the original agreement). This company did not provide the service they advertised, did not write a contract specific to our agreemen and did not present a satisfactory resolution to their attempt to scam us out of money. This company should not be allowed ot conduct business due to unethical sales practices.

  At this time, I have not been contacted by JWiz regarding complaint ID ********. Since filing my complaint the only correspondence I've received from this company is another **** stating I owe an amount that is not in line with their promise to let me cancel my service at anytime. The amount reflected in this **** is not accurate and was not agreed to. They use manipulative sales pratices and threats. This company is a fradulent operation.
