    Brighton Jewelry st Shops of ****************** : first i have been a customer for many many years. I spend hundreds of dollars there a year. Its my go to for gifts and if i need a little something. My girlfriend got me a birthday gift braclet at the outlet shop in ************. The braclet lost a stone after two wears. I took it to the Brighton at Shops of ************* to see if they could have it repaired. They sent it to their own jewelry repair and it was sent back with a note saying it was out of stock and could not repair it. When I went to pick it up not only was the stone still missing but the entire bezel was broken off in a plastic bag. They would not replace or give me credit for what was paid. Poor business relations.

    Very disappointed with the way they back up the product. Two of my pieces very gently and occasionally worn broke. They are not willing to repair them or replace them. I highly regret spending money with this company. There are more many more reliable jewelry companies out there. Not one more ***** for them. JB

    I just had to write a review for this fabulous company!! I am SO excited!! Brighton is the best!! This was my favorite bracelet until a few weeks ago when it broke and beads went flying everywhere! *** had it for a while, but decided to contact them anyway. They told me to send what I had to them and they would attempt to fix it. To be honest, I had little hope they would be able to repair it! It arrived today!! Im thrilled!! ????

    I have been wearing Brighton almost exclusively for over 20 years . I recently had issues with tarnishing on older jewelry I have not even worn yet. I sent it back to customer service with the matching earrings and they claimed they did not get the earrings and did nothing to help me out with another pair. I then bought another pair of braided earrings maybe wore them couple dozen times I noticed the latch back was not quite right. I was right I lost the earring,I have never lost a pair of Brighton earrings. Thes I bought off the floor display there must of been an issue from the start. I was on vacation and went to a store that said call customer service they will sell you one. *********************** customer service department was very disappointing and I am now out two pairs of earrings. Company used to deliver great jewelry and excellent customer service. No longer the case, so disappointed. Just read some of the other reviews here. I think I will find a new jewelry line to wear.

    I have purchased and worn brighten for over 20 years. They use to be good quality. My latest pair of earrings are peeling and tarnishing. They were absolutely not inexpensive. They have gotten outrageously over priced for the current quality. So disappointed.

    Have purchased and worn Brighton, jewelry, sunglasses, and purses for many years. I have never had a problem with anything. In fact, just washed my old Brighton necklaces that I have had for over 20 years and they still look wonderful. I do take care of my jewelry. I don't throw them all together in a drawer, etc. I have a jewelry drawer where my necklaces, bracelets, rings earrings lay, not touching anything. When I travel, I use their cotton pouches to pack them in. One thing for certain is Brighton will do full returns which I will say *********************** will only let you exchange or store credit. I hate that.

    I have been wearing Brighton jewelry since ****. Loved it. However, the past several years the jewelry has gone down hill big time. It tarnishes and when you complain to a Brighton show, they blame it on your skin. Really????? Bought a ring two years ago and it sudden,ya it has pink or copper spots. Very aggravating to say the least.

    No size inclusion. Everything 16 inch neck or smaller. Too small and no offer of accommodation to longer necklaces. A company with very poor customer service! I emailed twice about this issue and NO RESPONSE! This company does not care about the customer!

    I was a Brighton fan for years until about 2 years ago. I take good care of all my jewelry, however, my Brighton pieces have started to discolor. Also I noticed the prices have gotten ridiculously high. I will buy sterling silver from now on and I advise other women to do the same. Also their jewelry cleaner is a joke, ********************* on it either. It does nothing for the darkening of the metal that is occurring.

    I ordered was shipped April 11. The last scan was on the 14th. I have sent emails and called Brighton just for them to tell mr they put a tracer on the package. I love the response..,. Just a formative response. Be patient.etc etc. today is April 20. I have asked for them to resend me the order or refund my money. I have not received any of those request. Brighton does not know what true customer service is about.
