    nected to my home internet, nor did I receive the $15 for returning the equipment. I did continue to receive emails and text messages asking for the equipment that had already been returned. A total of 16 weekly emails and 16 weekly texts. I replied back letting them know the equipment had been delivered back to them along with a copy of the delivery mailing slip. They never responded back at all. I sent them separate emails with the delivery information and inquiring about my payment, and again no reply. They have phone number that is completely useless because it says no one is available no matter what time you call. I've attempted multiple times to resolve this issue, but at this point they don't seem to care.

    Well I been having this service in my house since 2021 and haven't gotten a payment since 2022. I have called 5 days in a row to speak with someone with no luck and I also emailed several times with an automated response. All I want is my 200 o let me know if service is no longer needed. I think it is simple.

    I learned this issue about 2 weeks ago, first week of January 2024. I checked my PayPal account and noticed I had not been paid $100 and 2022 or in 2023.

    CoastFi pays $100 upfront for the year. After careful consideration, we have determined that there is no need for service coverage in your area for the upcoming year. As a result, we will not be renewing your contract, and no upfront payment will be due.

    Please note that the terms of payment were outlined in the terms of service that you agreed to prior to receiving your hotspot. You have already been paid for your year of service.

    We regret to inform you that we will no longer be providing service coverage in your area.  As a result of this decision, we kindly request that you return the following equipment: 

    -CoastFi Hotspot
    -Power supply Unit

    To make the process as easy as possible, we have included a free shipping label in an email sent to you return the items to **.

    Please see below for return instructions.
    1. Package your CoastFi Hotspot and accessories securely into a box. 
    2. Download and print the return shipping label, which is attached to this email. Securely affix the return shipping label onto your box.
    3. Drop the box off at your nearest carrier location.
