      I signed up for this service on May 8th. It took over a week for my Rx to be sent. I finally received an email that the pharmacy was dispensing my medication on May 16th. The email said there may be "a couple days" before I get a link. It is now JUNE... and still no link in my account or any evidence of shipping. The company has not responded to MULTIPLE chat inquiries, emails, or texts. There is a phone number listed but it disconnects automatically with no option to speak with anyone. The only response in the chat is to expect a 1+ week response time. I need to know asap if my Rx is actually coming or not because I need to make alternate plans but NO ONE from this company will help me. I am not sure if this is insurance fraud or not but that is my concern at this point since my insurance has been billed but I have gotten nothing and cannot speak with anyone.

      I was charged $131 for a birth control prescription that I never approved. They have been doing this to many of there customers and have made it impossible to contact them. It is ridiculous that a company providing birth control prescriptions is doing this to women.

      This company charged me $131.00! I have tried contacting them multiple times as I have never given them my information! They say they take a week to respond! They are scammers. They took money I had for my surgery!

      I reached out to this company the morning of April 25, 2023 asking to cancel my account as I found a different option and they ended up charging my account $50 (which isn't even the cost of the subscription I had) and this charge was unauthorized by me. I have tried every single avenue to contact them for a resolution and they are actively avoiding me.

      I believe that the birth control company Simple Health merged with the birth control company Twentyeight Health. I had numerous problems with Simple Health so I told them to cancel my subscription. Now that Twentyeight Health is in charge, they re-started my subscription. I never wanted to order from Twentyeight, nor did I receive any notification about be transferred to a different company after cancelling my birth control. Furthermore, Twentyeight is telling me that they will be charging my account (and delivering birth control to an address I don't even live at anymore). I have tried to contact on their website chat box, by phone, and by text message. I have no once gotten a response. I have been trying endlessly to cancel my subscription with them because 1. I chose another provider and 2. I do not want to be charged for medication I don't need/ won't receive due to my address change.

We set up this order because SimpleHealth indicated that you needed an ASAP refill when they transferred your info to **. Because of the unexpected high volume of concerns raised by SimpleHealth users during the transition, we did experience some delays in response.


      I can confirm that your account was canceled and deleted on 4/28/23 as requested, the billing attempt was canceled and no charge occurred on your card, and no packages were sent to your old address.

      At the end of April my online platform for prescriptions made me aware they were closing and had sold all of their customers to TwentyEight. This new company (TwentyEight) then reached out and said we are your new prescriber, same deal as your old one dont worry we will get your login info to you soon. Soon came and went, I reached out a few times and heard nothing. A couple days ago an auto message came through email saying they are charging me $140 for this months prescriptions and to contact them in 24 hours if I have any issues. Well this is $120 more than I have ever paid so I called (they are not taking calls right now), I emailed, I text, I even waited in their chat room for hours. Nothing. No response. Then today I get an auto email saying they ran my card for the $140 TWICE and it was declined and to please add a new card. WHAT?! Absolutely not, I did not give you permission to run my card, nor did I agree to you prescribing for me, or even give you my personal information. I had to file a dispute with the bank in case they try to charge me again.

      I have repeatedly tried via email, phone and text message to contact this merchant to delete my information and reiterate they are not authorized to charge anything to my credit card. There has been no reply and they charged my card anyway. I want my information permanently deleted from their system. I do not want to be solicited for their services again and they are not authorized to charge my credit card now or ever.
