Upon ordering furniture website said 1 week to deliver. Then it changes to another and another. We have been waiting for it to ship now for 3 months. Emailed back and forth a few times with no update. Can't get help over the phone. I want to just cancel this order all together as we had no choice but to purchase elsewhere.Review from Michelle S

Horrible deceptive business practices. Was told furniture was in stock and would have within 2 weeks. 2 months later still nothing. Contacted customer service several times, nothing but lies! If you want your furniture, I recommend purchasing somewhere elseReview from Melle S.

After bragging on the customer service when ordering and now unfortunatelya word they like to use a lot. have to say this is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. I ordered a bedroom suit with black granite tops. They sent me a bedroom suit with tan marble tops. Meanwhile, I had ordered the lamps to go with the black granite tops assuming they would send the furniture I ordered, now the tops being tan marble will not go with the lamps so I tried to get them just to simply return the lamps without me having to pay a restock and feel and all I get is unfortunately unfortunately. I asked to speak with a manager, but apparently there was no possibility of that either just be aware that whatever you order, you may get something entirely different and then have to deal with agents who seem to have absolutely no power to do anything, but say unfortunately. It is unfortunate because if I have to I will go through legal means to get this straightened out. Im tired of dealing with people that take advantage.Review from Cameila K.

They are a very dishonest company. I purchased about 4 items from them and I received the first item ok. Then they deliberately sent me a damaged item so I called to let them know it is damaged and I would like a refund. They started sending me quotes of their policies which states that a refund is also a way to compensate for damaged item. They keep harassing and bullying me every day including to take a partial refund. I told them no. They then start to accuse me of buyer's remorse. I have text messages and I literally had to block the number and told them I will only accept email and I want the full information from the claim documents. They should be put out of business. They are a absolute nightmare to deal with.I will encourage people to take their businesses elsewhere. The little you think you are saving is not worth the stress and headache. All the reviews I have written with the pictures attached to warn others on their site is being held as "pending review" for weeks now. They are trying to hide what monsters they truly are. We placed an order on 12/18/23, and during a phone call with customer service, I was careful to emphasize the urgency of receiving the item by the end of December due to family visits and will have my surgery and we don't have a couch. We explicitly requested something available in *******, not from *****. The representative confirmed the product's availability in their warehouse in *******, specifically. in **************, with a maximum delivery time of two weeks.we paid $3270, However, despite our follow-up emails, we received only automated replies and constant rescheduling. The dates were pushed to 01/05/24, 01/15/24, and 01/20/24, with the latest rescheduling on 02/02/24. After persistent attempts to contact them, a salesperson revealed that the items were, in fact, coming from *****. Given the prolonged delay and my health condition post-surgery, we informed them of our decision t cancel the order and requested a full refund and T our surprise, they insisted on charging cancellation fees, despite the circumstances being a result of their misinformation and delays. ******** attempts to speak with a manager were unsuccessful, and promises of return calls were never fulfilled. We are still waiting for a resolution and a full refund. It's disappointing to discover that the company may not be as reputable as its reviews suggest and try to leave a negative review has been pending for a month. This experience has left us with the impression that this company engages in deceptive practices, I conducted some research and discovered that both businesses, ************************ and 1Stop Bedrooms, share the same address at ***********************************************************. Despite claiming to be warehouses, they seem to be using a fake address. we urge the BBB to take appropriate action investigate against such scams and fraud. Starting from the beginning, I purchased the ************************* back in Nov 2023. After a couple weeks I was notified that the ****** was no longer available due to a recall. I was then offer to get the elyza instead. sure whatever as that was my 2nd option. Before getting into the review, I just want to say that I've read reviews on this company before buying so I knew about getting into delays. Anyways, everyone I spoke to was polite to me except 1! it so happened to be the only American woman I spoke to, and she was very rude. Mind you, I had requested color and price match since I had to switch to a new couch. First off she didn't know how to navigate a website to find the price which was exactly like the same layout as theirs, she continously asked me the name of the previous representative I spoke with in which I'm sure no one would remember if you've only spoke with them once after a few days. when not knowing their name she asked me what their accent was, I told her I don't remember maybe it was Middle Eastern or Indian, she then laughed at it and made a smirk comment about how there's many of them in their company. So what was the reason to ask me redundant questions? sounds boarder line racist to me. Here's my order #*******, 1stopbedroom if you're reading this please listen to the phone calls. We had a scheduled delivery date of November 4, 2023. Thanksgiving passed, Christmas passed, now in the new year, ****. **************** has been sending scripted messages, In Transit. It is a few states away, in transit since October? I think we have been scammed out of $1,000+. I would recommend you buy anywhere ELSE.Review from Dawn D

This company claims to Price Match, They will only do this within 24 hours of ordering. Even if you have not received the item, they will not price match after 24 hours. Poor communication about when the couch was even shipped, they never updated their web site. Impossible to leave a review on their web site, as they remove them. They also claim FREE SHIPPING, they charged an extra 100 for shipping to me. They also never emailed me about when the couch would arrive and 20 minutes before the couch arrived I got a call, that I missed from the delivery person. They just showed up and luckily I was home. MY ADVICE, BUY IT ON AMAZON. I got lucky as I love my couch, but Amazon was cheaper and FREE SHIPPING, But never again would I buy from them, they are not what they say they are. I gave 3 stars just because I loved the couch (***************************, a win from ******).Review from Eric C

Im not sure of others reviews but I ordered my couch September 16th. Yes through the process needed to confirm address etc. It was WAY faster than expected. Today is September 29th and Im sitting on my new couch and its awesome! At least in my case I highly recommend for the prices. Cant beat it!Review from Michael J

I placed an order on September 6, 2023 over the phone after finding the furniture I wanted on their website. The person I spoke with promised it would ship in 2-3 weeks. On September 22, I got an email saying "Your shipment has been acknowledged and will ship out on or before October 19, 2023."At that moment, I called their customer service line only for them to basically say, "we have no control over your furniture and are at the mercy of ****** Furniture and their delivery times." However, the person on the phone said they could put a "rush order" notice on my order.A few days passed and I got another email saying, "expected delivery November 9, 2023." I called their customer service again asking about the so-called rush order and the person I spoke with said they can't place a rush order on this type of delivery. I think the 4.5/5 rating is from customers who received their cheaper-than-other-websites furniture during a time where there wasn't a furniture shortage.
