Ordered from express glasses, paid an expedited shipping but there is no reply no email on when my product is being shipped. I emailed the company 3 times and still no reply. These people are scammers dont waste your time and money here.Initial Complaint

I ordered my eyeglasses on 1/18/23 and quickly received a follow up email thanking me for my order. Since then the only correspondence I've received is an advertisement for 50% off their website. At this point I just want a refund. My ORDER #******Customer response

This company claims ifs products are shipped same or next daythat didnt happen. Then I pay for 2-3 day shipping. I understand holidays and weekends but we are over the 2-3 day shipping now especially because it took several days to actually ship after creating a shipping label. But the worst part of it all.there is no phone number or contactonly an email and no one responds to you at all what so ever. At this point I would just like a refund but no one will even say anything to me.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for prescription *************** on September 27th, 2022. Per the info on their website, the ************* of lenses I ordered allowed them to be shipped the same day as my order was received. I also chose to pay an extra $12.99 for priority shipping because I needed them asap. They charged my card the $110.87 immediately after receiving my order. I received a confirmation email for my order. I have received no further communication from them. I have sent 3 emails using the email form found under "contact us" on their site during the business hours they provided there as well. I have received 0 response. They have no other option for contacting them. I called the only phone # I could find for them which was the number listed on the BBB site for Express Glasses. It says it is not a working number. At this point I just want my money refunded and I will go elsewhere!! I am extremely frustrated because I chose to place an order with them because of their claims I would receive my order in 2-3 days. I broke my glasses & can't drive without them. So I needed a replacement pair asap. I've been forced to sit in limbo hoping for a response to my emails since. I can't order elsewhere not knowing when or if I will be reimbursed my $. I can't even tell them to just please refund me because there is 0 communication from them. This is at the least very unprofessional on their part as a company or at the worst fraudulent. Thank you very much for your help with this. I don't know what else to do. I really appreciate it.Customer response

At this time, I have not been contacted by Express-Glasses.com regarding complaint ID ********. I did receive the glasses I ordered after over a month wait. However, they were not the prescription lenses I ordered. I could not see out of them at all. I'm pretty sure they are corrective lenses for reading. I am nearsighted. There was no receipt or any paperwork with them at all. So I was unable to compare the prescription they had given me to see where the mistake was made. I immediately emailed them & did so two more times but have received no response. I *********** the glasses back & asking them in writing for a refund. I am beyond frustrated with the total lack of customer service. Not to mention I have to pay for the return shipping because there was no return label given. I also had to purchase a new pair of glasses through another optometrist because I cant see to drive without glasses. I really just want refunded my money & to move on from this company.

I ordered a pair of emergency glasses on September 28, 2021 from express-glasses.com. I received confirmation for my order at the time of purchase. The charge has gone through on my credit card. It is October 14, 2021 and I have not even received notice of shipping. I have not received my glasses. I have emailed the company at two different email addresses, and have gotten no response.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint. I did finally receive the glasses on October 25, 2021. However I paid $39 for 1 business day shipping. I want my shipping fee refunded.
