    Owner ( ****** ) is an arrogant dog?? . He has no respect for me as a client let alone as woman. For all the profanities this animal unleashed on me just because I said that "I paid you $1,300 to deliver my belongings". I have yet to know if/when my cargoes will be delivered. I thank God I was not in this ferocious animal 's office, I'm afraid he might even hit me. I also opened a complaint with ****. The verbal abuse was terrifying, I keep shaking writing this. This man is an animal with no remorse even when I was still saying why, why all these F- words, yelling screaming on your client. Terrible, terrible.
