    Had a great purchase experience with TriState...the product is terrific, new and in good working order. The item was shipped quickly and arrived earlier than anticipated! We're quite pleased working with TriState!

    Beware of these guys. I've filed a complaint with **** and my credit card company. The site is advertising "BRAND NEW" products but the products are second hand and do not come with a warranty. I had a 30min call with **** customer service that verified my concern. I guess they are banking of the fact that people won't call their bluff and research serial numbers after purchase. Time to file a complain with the BBB in NYC as well.

    I ordered some **** headphones for my daughter and they had a great price and shipped fast. Everything arrived in perfect condition.I was scared to order because of the negative reviews... so I am leaving a positive review! No complaints.
